We offer 3 different ways of support:

1. You give us a call (phone: +49-5532-90190) and start this support link:

TeamViewer Session (all Windows versions): Start support

The link leads to a program of our remote maintenance software TeamViewer. You will have to start the program (or save it first and then start) and give us then the displayed ID, by telephone. We will then establish a connection to your computer, so we can see and analyze the problem directly with you on your screen and possibly solve the problem immediately or show you how to handle it by yourself.
