Hello Mrs Thiel!
What kind of travel product does your company offer?
Our organisation specializes in organizing tailor-made travel-packages for the upper market visitor to Australia, 75% being from German speaking countries. We specialize in small groups, private charters and self-drive packages. Our self-drive packages include the most comprehensive Roadbook service currently available on the Australian market. For each tour we design an individual travel guide including route planning, map material with highlighted points of interests, travel route for each individual day, and any additional information which enables our client to get the most enjoyment out of every day.
The growth of our operation made it necessary to find more efficient ways to handle our day to day operations, quote management and Roadbook composition. We needed an easier and faster procedure to maintain the level of quality and stay competitive at the same time. The system we were looking for had to be flexible enough to accommodate the complex tasks for our inbound agency as well as the needs of the tour operator. We found TOUR32 following the recommendations from a few partner organizations, which were already using TOUR32. Kohlenberg Software has since proven themselves as innovative, reliable and very flexible partners in creating a special version of TOUR32 which was just right for us and meets the challenges of operations in Australia. We have used TOUR32 since the beginning of 2008.
You were working with a different software before changing to TOUR32. What was the main reason for not being satisfied with your former system?
Lack of reliability, poor time management, not sophisticated enough for complex applications.
How long did the introduction of the TOUR32 software take?
Including programming, training and input of the database, we have been able to use TOUR 32, in all areas of operations, in full after 4 months.
How did the change to TOUR32 run?
Thanks to the great communication and fast programming of Kohlenberg Software it was painfree and fast.

Fast, flexible, reliable and innovative; despite the challenging time zones Mr. Kohlenberg & Team support us in all questions of operations in a fantastic manner. Explanations are helpful and understandable, as well to the less technical gifted users.

We are a member of ATEC.
Do you look for cooperations and partnerships?
Due to the enhanced day to day operations with TOUR32, Adventure Connection Australia has been able to expand their Roadbook service immensely and covers now all areas of Australia in both languages, German and English. New partners, who like to offer our “no worries” travel organization to their clients, will find interesting opportunities with our way of handling extensive travel arrangements.
Australia Pacific Travel Service has grown to be recognized as respectable and flexible inbound agency. TOUR32 has played to our strengths – personalized service and flexibility. We are open to support additional tour operators through our well developed network of trusting relationships with suppliers in all areas of Australia and Australian businesses and our years of experience.
